Esoteric Nudism Increasing, and happily so, 'urban' nudism is creeping into America. It's fairly common in Germany and France (meaning within cities in this case) in city parks and community pools. Munich's English Garden (above) is a favorite among traveling businessmen who make up reasons to build markets in Germany (we're not kidding - market research?).	A Nude-Cruise: Hedonism II means mingling with often stark-raving naked people, often from Breaksville, Ohio for some reason (inside joke).	Topless Counts: We treat topless beaches with the same reverence we give nudist beaches and, frankly, a woman or teen baring her breasts in public is a big deal, which we fully and admiringly appreciate.

Nudism's Heart & Soul-Teens Whatever your 'intra-personal' experience turns out to be, it's a safe bet you've noticed nudism draws a young crowd, namely teens and early twenty-somethings. Whatever your age, to mingle among young nudists is pure joy and, surprisingly, you'll feel readily accepted among them, a genuine characteristic among all nudists sharing communal spaces. It's a soul-nourishing adventure to say the least, and a great motivator to stay fit and trim (it's why I force myself to do weighted squats twice a week ;-)	On The Other Hand... The world of adult nudism offers many interesting facets, some we leave alone (intentional swinging) and others we investigate with eyes pleasantly wide-open. Hedo gets a lot of press for bawdy behavior, but in our experience for the most part it's more flirty-fun and occasional descents into "I really wish I hadn't done that. Tonight no rum." In truth, mingling naked with other couples you've just met on a tropical vacation is very stimulating fun.	And All Points In Between... In sum, nudism is all you might imagine it to be and much more. But rather than a lifestyle, it's more a state of mind, one which heralds body freedom and the simple joys of enjoying nature as, perhaps, nature intended. The avenues available now for enjoying your inner-nudist in mixed company are endless. I think it's just a question of adding it (nudism) to your personal portfolio or bag of tricks. Book a holiday at a nudist destination resort, or investigate that landed club nearby--just do it, whether you're single or married. It's an experience you won't forget and may well enjoy.
